Failed to load config "@vue/standard" to extend from.

vue에서 eslint 관련 이슈가 생겼다. 해결 방법 package.json 에서 extends: [ "plugin:vue/vue3-essential", "@vue/standard", ], 를 extends: ["eslint:recommended", "plugin:vue/recommended", ] 로 바꿔주면 된다.
